The Art in Miniature

Every confection that leaves Luciane Frate's hands is treated as an individual piece. This is not mass production. It is artisan work where fondant decoration transforms a brigadeiro into a character, a camafeu into an edible jewel, a strawberry brigadeiro into an affectionate keepsake.

The rule for a balanced sweets table? Five to seven confections per guest, with enough variety so that everyone finds their favorite.
